Palestinian leaders, whether from Fatah or Hamas, have been keen to find an excuse to divert attention from their internal problems. So it is not surprising that many have jumped on Israel's reconstruction of an access bridge to Jerusalem's Temple Mount.

It was the perfect red-herring issue for Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas and exiled Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal, who held a much-touted "national unity" summit in Mecca yesterday.

"Israel, which today is playing with fire when it touches Al-Aksa, knows the consequences," Mashaal said before leaving for Saudi Arabia.

PA Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh of Hamas echoed these calls: "The continued Israeli aggression against Al-Aksa Mosque and Jerusalem require all Palestinians to unite and remember that our battle is with the occupation."

Muslim leaders in Israel have also been quick to condemn the Antiquities Authority salvage excavation ahead of the bridge's construction. The dig began yesterday under a heavy police presence, sparking outrage from the Wakf (Islamic trust), which oversees the Temple Mount compound.

"This is a very dangerous project that will damage things of great historical value in this very sensitive place," Wakf director Adnan Husseini warned.

This is hutzpa, given that the Wakf itself removed earth from the Mount itself by the truckload, without proper archeological supervision, as it expanded the mosque there.

Islamic Movement leader Raed Salah urged Muslims to converge on Jerusalem to protect Al-Aksa. "The danger in Jerusalem has increased," the fiery sheikh said, adding a clear incitement to violence: "It is high time for the intifada of the Islamic people."

The truth, of course, is that the bridge is simply a pedestrian walkway replacing the stone ramp leading up to the Mughrabi Gate that partially collapsed in a storm three years ago and was deemed unsafe by city engineers.

By law, the Antiquities Authority is required to carry out a salvage excavation before any construction at the site. Yuval Baruch, the authority's chief archeologist for Jerusalem, said the dig was at least 60 meters from the Mount.
"We invite everyone to come see," he told Israel Radio. "We are working under the open sky and have nothing to hide."

The Prime Minister's Office stated what anyone who bothers to look can see: "The construction of the bridge, located in its entirety outside the Temple Mount, has no impact on the Mount itself, and certainly poses no danger to it."

Palestinian leaders are plainly seeking to use this nonevent to reignite memories of Ariel Sharon's visit to the Temple Mount in 2000, which was used to catalyze the second intifada.

They evidently also see a Palestinian interest in a rerun of the violent clashes of 1996, after a second exit to the Western Wall tunnel was opened.
Palestinians falsely claim the entire project is a clandestine Israeli plot to dig under and cause damage to the Al-Aksa Mosque.

Actually, Palestinian leaders are merely exploiting the issue for political purposes, in an attempt to redirect hostility against Israel in the midst of a bloody internal conflict.

Such exploitation, so widely endorsed by the Palestinian leadership, is dismaying, if sadly unsurprising. Cynical appeals for a renewed intifada and violent resistance discredit the purported Palestinian moderates, who are standing shoulder-to-shoulder with extremists' efforts to whip up hostility. Such appeals can only cause more bloodshed and despair. Any real concerns about the salvage and building work should, and patently could, be handled appropriately and calmly, through open dialogue and constructive debate

Keep your eye on the Temple Mount. The tension is growing day by day. Islam is out to teach the Jews that they really do not have sovereignty over the Temple Mount, or any other part of the Holy Land. Islam uses lies to get their way. This is true Islamic righteousness as taught every Moslem. A lie that enhances Islam is not a lie, but the right thing to say and believe. It is right for Islam to teach their youth that the Jews never had either a First, or a Second Temple on al-Haram al-Sharif. How could the third most holy site in all of Islam be built on a Jewish foundation? That truth demeans Islam, and so it is not acceptable. It matters not what the world, the archeologists, the historians, the other religions may know as fact. All that matters is what Islam says is the truth. The rest are all infidels. It matters not that the bridge I crossed just a few weeks ago is in danger of collapse due to some fierce erosion from sever storms. Islam does not want any entrance to the Temple Mount out of their control. Islam knows the bridge is in no way connected to a possible collapse of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, but the lie will stir up the ignorant barbarians at their beck and call. The lie may even stop the Jews from practicing their sovereign right to the Temple Mount. The lie might cut off the only non-Moslem entrance to this historically important site allowing Islam to have full control. Once it is exclusively Islamic, what the rest of the world thinks is of no consequence.

The world politicians have agreed that the best solution to a secular peace in the Holy Land is to give Islam what it wants. The Road Map has from the very beginning been the instrument that would accomplish this desire. The Secular Jewish politicians have no interest in the Temple Mount anyway. Secular Jews comprising 80% of the nation have long said they have no intrest in the Temple Mount.  David Ben-Gurion described the situation in June 1967 by saying: "The Western Wall is for the Jews at the moment, and the Temple Mount is for the Muslims at the moment, and that is the reality we have to accept."  How sad that the Jewish majority chose a wall that keeps them from God rather then the site of His only Home here on earth.

1 Chronicles 28:6-7

The historians know King Solomon did not remain faithful, and the offer of his kingdom lasting forever was forfeited. The Bible also tells us that where Solomon failed the LORD Jesus Christ of the same Jewish Kingly linage will succeed. This is the death null for the Koran, and Islam. Jesus is coming again to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. He is not going to share His Kingdom with the barbarians or the heathen. There are no options. There can be no compromising. Islam must submit to the coming Jewish King of Glory, or perish. It is not just Islam, but all the gentile nations who are under the same condemnation. Dispensational change means the whole world is being challenged by the Holy God of the Bible. It is His holy righteousness that will manifest itself from the Temple Mount as it did when the Jews traveled through the wilderness. The Mount not only needs to be purified from the filth of Islam, but, Jerusalem and Mount Zion must be cleansed of the filth this generation of Jews has brought to this holy site.

Judgment and burning are you fate if you are without Christ.  Won't you settle the issue right now that exists between you and the LORD Jesus Christ. He came the first time to be the single atonement for sin of all time. His simple request is that you come to Him personally, and ask for salvation. The proud such as the Islamists are not expected to take heed. They will perish in their pride. The question is you my dear friend. Are you too proud to humble yourself before this coming King of Glory? Can you admit that you are lost in sin. Can you cast yourself before this great Christ of the Bible, and appeal that He will purify your filthy heart with His precious shed blood? If you can, you can be saved. Why not settle this issue right now in the quite of your own heart. Come to Christ and live!

 

High Alert in Jerusalem as Arab Leadership Plans More Rioting

A state of high alert was declared this morning on the Temple Mount, as renovation work at Rambam Gate (or Mughrabim Gate) continues.

Jerusalem Mayor Uri Lupoliansky said he was "worried about the city's situation and hoped there would not be further deterioration," a reference to the riots by Muslim worshippers Friday at the nearby Al-Aksa mosque. Lupoliansky invited the head of the Muslim Waqf, Adnan Husseini, to meet with him and try to defuse the tension.

Sheikh Raed Salah, who heads the northern wing of the Islamic Movement, said that he intends to erect a protest tent near the Old City, which he is currently forbidden from entering by virtue of a restraining order.

The Supreme Supervision Committee of Israel's Arabs announced Saturday that it does not recognize Israel's sovereignty over the site of the Al-Aksa mosque and sees the eastern neighborhoods of Jerusalem as occupied territory. The committee, which includes representatives from most factions and organizations in the Israeli Arab sector, held a special session to discuss the renovation work being done near the Rambam Gate.

The group decided at Saturday’s meeting to organize a demonstration of Israeli Arabs at the Al Aksa mosque next week. In addition, it was decided that Israeli Arab leaders would hold a protest session Monday in front of the Rambam Gate and meet with the Muslim Waqf officials responsible for the mosque.

The committee called upon Arab schools to organize field trips for children to Al Aksa, so they can "be appraised of the situation," and to set aside two hours of the weekly school schedule for discussing the matter. Additional activities are planned in Arab villages and cities throughout Israel.

The committee intends to send letters to foreign embassies demanding they interceded with Israel regarding the work being done at Rambam Gate. It also intends to meet regularly to follow up on the situation at the Gate.

The committee’s leader, Sheikh Raed Salah, charged that "the Zionist establishment is carrying out terrorist acts in Al Aksa." Committee member Knesset Member Hana Sweid also claimed that the Olmert government is trying to "Judaize" the areas adjacent to Al Aksa by buying land and apartments, and building a synagogue.
 

You need not worry about the Olmert government "Judaizing" the Temple Mount. These bleeding heart liberals only want to get rid of the Mount as quickly as possible. They have turned it into a curse by ignoring God, and now treat it like a hot potato. This government has slapped God in the face with their insolent attitude to the place where the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob's House once stood, and according to the Bible will stand again. Islam knows the time is right to strike. They know the lack of love for this holy place on the part of these liberal Jews makes rioting very productive. They are going to bring the Arab children to the Mount in order to raise it's importance to them, and to Islam. The most sinister part of all the planning now going on is to bring the international community into the fray. Islam is demanding the world give them the Jewish Temple Mount to desecrate! Islam wants to rewrite history as if the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob never existed. This generation is ready to follow Islam's lead. This generation does not want the pure and Holy Christ to rule over the world from the Temple Mount. The world would rather have the most barbaric culture of our generation to have the Temple Mount.

All Road Map peace plans ultimately end in the Temple Mount being given to Islam so it can desecrate the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Islam is already on record as denying that the Jews ever built either the First or Second Temples on their sacred al-Haram al-Sharif Noble Sanctuary holy site. No Moslem anywhere can ever say the Noble Sanctuary is built upon a Jewish foundation. It is blasphemy unto death for any Moslem to tell the truth that their third holiest site in the world is built upon the foundations of Jewish Temples. Islam wants the whole world to agree with their new redaction of history, and as near as I can tell the world is ready to agree. Most certainly the Olmert government is ready to give Islam all of Judah and Samaria. The inclusion of most of Jerusalem is part of this giveaway plan, but even more important is the sovereignty over the Temple Mount. Islam is striking now because they know they can get what they want. The barbarians have already been released to reign havoc on the Jews until the Temple Mount becomes Islamic. The world is about to be warned that it must force the Jews to give Islam what it wants ; or they will go on a rampage of destruction. Islam is prepared to either get the Temple mount, or destroy the entire planet with their cowardly, hiding in wait, barbarians who will kill civilian populations with suicidal vigor.

I am convinced this is an insult to the God of the Bible that will not be left unanswered. The whole world mainly through the Road Map is challenging God. The Bible says the LORD Jesus Christ is coming again to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount. The world by it's actions through the Road Map is saying it will stop this plan of God, and the Bible. There will never be peace between blasphemous Islam, and the Holy God of the Bible. There will never be peace between the god of Abraham, Ishmael. and Esau with the true God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. There will never be peace between the blasphemous Mohamed, and the LORD Jesus Christ. There will never be peace with the Koran, and the Bible. Friend, there will never be peace until all men are reconciled with Christ. No power on earth can stop the LORD Jesus Christ from coming again! He is coming as the fullness of the Biblical law of God. His Kingdom will establish Biblical Law as God always intended it should be applied. He shall not fail!

 

Friend, The Old Testament law given by God through Moses represents the righteousness of God. It is absolutely pure. It is absolutely holy. It is absolutely about the life of Christ who kept the law perfectly without spot or blemish. The law as well as the life of Christ define sin for sin is everything the law, and Christ are not. Sin is missing the mark of the law, and having no understanding of the life of Christ. Jesus came to be the only Biblical atonement for sin. You, my friend, are a sinner. without Christ the law condemns you for all eternity without hope of reprieve or appeal. The law of God. The righteousness of God is immovable. Only those who come to Christ personally appealing for His mercy can have any hope of salvation. Only His blood can wash away sin. Won't you come to this Christ of the Bible, and be saved?

Temple Mount construction postponed

Palestinians protest repair work over weekend  

Jerusalem mayor Uri Lupolianski announced late Sunday his decision to postpone construction of the Mughrabi walkway from the Western Wall plaza into the al-Aqsa Mosque square until zoning authorities complete their plans for the entire section. The archaeological salvage excavation being conducted there will continue.
 

Tensions in Jerusalem have been high since last week, when Israel began work outside of the al-Aqsa compound and sparked calls Islamic calls for violence against Jewish and Israeli targets. Once satisfactorily planned and zoned, the new walkway will replace an ancient earthen ramp that partially collapsed in a snowstorm three years ago.

Israeli police have restricted access to Islamic sites in the Old City over the past week in an attempt to stifle protests like those last Friday, when about 200 Israeli riot police battled some 3,000 Muslim worshippers protesting the repair work. On Saturday, Palestinian teenagers stoned Israeli security forces, burned an Israeli flag and pelted a Canadian tour bus with rocks. On Sunday only a few minor incidents were reported.

A few simple facts about the work being done at the Mughrabi Gate:

The work carried out by Israeli professional authorities is completely transparent, which is why the excavations are open to the press.

- All activities are being carried out in a location that is under Israeli sovereignty in an area under the responsibility of the Jerusalem municipality and the Government of Israel.

- The new bridge and the Mughrabi Ramp are located entirely outside of the Temple Mount complex and are not part of it.

- The aim of this process is to replace the old ramp, which collapsed due to natural causes.

- Building the new bridge will not harm any religious feelings and/or interests.

- All operations are in cooperation with UN officials, Palestinian officials and other member of the international community and are completely transparent to them.

 

Only time will tell if the Jewish government is going to bow to Islamic pressure. I think this is only a temporary postponement aimed to take some of the tension out of the air. I suspect everything will be put in place so when the bridge goes up it will be quick not giving the Arabs time to protest the construction. It will be a done deal before a reaction can be organized. I'm interested in what is going to be Islam's reaction after the bridge is up and operating once again. Will they go ahead with their plans for another intifada? The goal has already been decided. Islam wants exclusive control over the Temple Mount. They want to stop the flow of infidels onto what they call their third most holy site. Their long range goal is to desecrate all Jewish heritage on the Mount, and this would include all Christian heritage also. Remember it was the Temple who's foundation the Islamic shrines are built upon where the LORD Jesus Christ often visited during His life. Islam wants to erase all Christian and Jewish heritage on the Mount, and then rewrite a history that would only magnify Islam. I know the long term goal of Islam is to declare the Temple Mount is the site of the Biblical garden of Eden, a part of the Bible the Koran upholds as true. The history of Mount Zion would be rewritten - Garden of Eden, Ishmael taken for sacrifice, Mohamed rides his Arabian Knights horse up to heaven and back from this spot, Al Aqsa Mosque built to commemorate this site for the glory of Islam. The Biblical account of Abraham taking Isaac here as a representative of the coming sacrifice of Christ would be erased. Isaac would be replaced by Ishmael. The history of King David, and King Solomon the builder of the First Holy Jewish Temple would be erased. The history of Ezra, Nehemiah, Zerubbabel, and Joshua who were crucial in building the Second Temple would be made null and void for the glory of Islam. All that would be left would be Islam. The desecration of the Temple Mount by Islam will be the desecration of the Bible. The Road Map will lead the way to such desecration.

Friend, this may make little impression on your mind? This present miraculous Third Exodus of the Jews back to the Promised Land. The present battle over the Temple Mount. What should impress your mind is the fact that the LORD Jesus Christ is real. *I visited the places where the Bible says He traveled. I saw them! They are there, and the LORD Jesus Christ was there almost 2000 years ago. He promised in the Bible that He is coming again. Neither the Bible, or His promises will be wiped out by these barbarians of today.  They may try with all their might, but it is futile to fight against the God of the Bible. Dispensational change has come to this generation. God is working out His plan for the coming Kingdom Age. Oh friend, without Christ you will never enter. Ask Him to save you before judgment comes.

(IsraelNN.com) Knesset members from the National Union-NRP faction toured the area of the Rambam (Mughrabi) Gate to the Temple Mount Tuesday.

They were briefed by archaeologists working to excavate the current dirt mound, which will be replaced by a foot bridge.

The project has caused claims by Muslims that Israel is trying to topple the two mosques that currently occupy the Temple Mount.

Six Kassam Rockets Fired Towards Sderot

At least three have been found: One landed outside Sderot, one landed near the Gaza border fence, and another fell near a Kibbutz. No one was hurt. 19 Kassams have been fired in a week.

A Fatah-affiliated terrorist group claimed responsibility for today's rockets.

On Sunday morning, a Kassam crashed down near Sderot, while four landed on Friday. Two were fired on Thursday, and six last Tuesday.

Residents say that miraculously, no one was physically hurt in these attacks.

Sarah Sasson, a young mother living in Sderot, told Maariv's Moshe Priel this morning, "When I heard the explosions, I jumped in my usual fashion to protect the children. Unfortunately, we are quite used to this. The situation is catastrophic, and I fear that it will just get worse as Hamas gets stronger, and also with the government's failure in the Mughrabi Gate in Jerusalem."

The area of the western Negev, and particularly the city of Sderot, have been in the sights of Kassam missile launchers for five years, almost to the day. On Feb. 10, 2002, for the first time, a Kassam-2 rocket was fired towards Kibbutz Saad, and another landed close by in Moshav Shuva. Kassams continued to be fired over the ensuing days as well.

Several months earlier, in April 2001, the city of Sderot was hit by three Palestinian-fired 82mm mortar shells. No one was hurt and no damage was caused, but it was the furthest inside the Green Line that Palestinian mortar shells had hit up to that day.
 

There is absolutely no pressure from anywhere on the Palestinian Authority to stop firing these rockets that kill. All the pressure is rather on Israel to stop putting up a replacement bridge that accesses the Temple Mount. I can tell you from my recent trip to Israel that the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers who make up most of the population of Sderot are looked upon as "hillbillies" by the general public. They are considered a lower class who are mostly refugees. Many have good educations, but take menial jobs because they are discriminated against. The general Jewish population watched housing prices go through the roof when the first waves of mostly Russian Jews arrived. The newcomers are welcomed with the lips, but rejected in the heart. The general attitude of the average Jew is that these "hillbillies" have ruined the economy. The  "hillbillies" can't afford the sophisticated comfortable living conditions in the larger cities that have skyrocketed in price so they move into the boarder settlements where housing is cheap. Boarder settlements like Sderot. This is why 19 Kassam rockets can be fired at Sderot this past week with no response. This is why the Kassams can fall on Sderot for the last five years with no action being taken to stop them. It is the "hillbilly" mentality of the puffed up Jewish general public that dismisses the plight of the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers as inconsequential.

Oh, what a job God has before Him in changing the heart of stone into a heart of flesh. The Bible says nothing short of the Great Seven Year Tribulation can accomplish the task. The Bible says that while God is in the process of changing the heart of the Jews He will harden the hearts of the gentiles.

Exodus 4:21-23

21 And the LORD said unto Moses, When thou goest to return into Egypt, see that thou do all those wonders before Pharaoh, which I have put in thine hand: but I will harden his heart, that he shall not let the people go.

22 And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD, Israel is my son, even my firstborn:

23 And I say unto thee, Let my son go, that he may serve me: and if thou refuse to let him go, behold, I will slay thy son, even thy firstborn.

The Bible says God hardened the heart of Pharaoh! God would not allow Pharaoh to let the people of God go until all of Egypt was brought to their knees. I see a similar fate coming to Islam! All God needs to do is begin to manifest His purity and holiness. The heart of the unregenerate only gets harder and harder as purity and holiness increase. As the hearts of the Jews become redeemed the gentiles are going to hate them more and more. God is going to let that hate fester until the gentile nations suffer the same fate as did old Egypt.

All of Islam is on the verge of destruction. They will never quit. They are predicted to harden their hearts. The more the God of the Bible manifests His future plan for the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount, the more Islam will resist. Folks, I hope you recognize this does not end with the end of Islam. The coming Kingdom will not tolerate the resisting gentile nations any more then it can tolerate these barbarian Islamites. Only a remnant of mostly Jews are predicted to come to Christ for the circumcision of their hearts. They will be changed while this mostly gentile generation is predicted to only harden their hearts.

Friend, the heart of stone must be changed to flesh or it will be shattered by the holiness of the coming Kingdom. I can't change hearts. There is not one religious leader who has such power to turn the heart of stone into flesh.  You can't even change your own heart no0 matter how hard you try. Only the LORD Jesus Christ can perform such a miracle. Won't you come to Him today, and experience what only He can do.

 

What are the detestable things that must be taken away? What are the abominations that the Jews with their changed hearts of flesh will remove from thence? Folks, I tell you it is the shrines to barbarianism that now sit on the Temple Mount. Islam will never quit the fight for the Temple Mount until all of Islam is destroyed. Their hate for the Jews will only harden their hearts all the more when the Jewish King of Glory demands His followers to build His house once again on the Temple Mount.

Hamas: We will not recognize Israel or stop violence
EU won't yet resume aid payments to Palestinian Authority

Hamas spokesman Mushir Al-Masri reiterated yesterday that the new Hamas-led Palestinian unity government with the Fatah party will neither recognize Israel nor halt acts of terror against the Jewish State. According to statements from Masri, Hamas interprets last week's agreement signed with Fatah in The Saudi capitol of Mecca to mean that the Arab and Islamic worlds have accepted them as they are, and that "international legitimization" will follow.

Meanwhile, the European Union is not yet ready to resume its massive financial aid program to the Palestinian Authority despite the Hamas-Fatah Mecca accord, according to EU External Relations Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner. Israel has praised the EU's commitment to upholding the economic sanctions imposed on the PA since the Hamas terror group's rise to power last March.

Also in Israel, Palestinian and Israeli leaders are locked in a bitter dispute over what topics should be on the agenda of next week's trilateral summit with the US. The summit, involving Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas of Fatah and US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, is scheduled to take place in Jerusalem on Monday. PM Olmert and Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni are insistent that any discussions be purely theoretical, with implementation conditioned on fulfillment of the road map's first stage: dismantling Palestinian terror organizations.

Dig head: 'We may find Second Temple ruins within 6 months'

As the storm continues to rage around the construction of the new bridge leading to the al-Aqsa Mosque from the Western Wall plaza, Israeli archeologists have already uncovered finds from the medieval period and early Islamic era that shed new light on Jerusalem's history.

The Old City's Wohl Archeological Park currently has the only uncovered ruins of the Umayyad palaces, which were destroyed in 749 CE. Among the findings at the new site however, Jerusalem's chief archeologist Yuval Baruch said that "the most interesting find is… the evidence which suggests that right under the Umayyad ruins are Byzantine ruins [135-638], and under these, we believe there are Herodian roads and other ruins from the Second Temple period."

"The main excavations of the Umayyad and Byzantine ruins at the Mughrabi area will begin in a couple of days, and if we are patient enough, in five or six months time we could find Second Temple period ruins" to add to what has already been discovered in the adjacent archeological park, Baruch told The Jerusalem Post. It is ironic that while the science of archaeology is proving the Holy Land is the long term homeland of the Jews, and that all Islamic ruins in the Holy Land are built upon Jewish foundations, that Hamas should be telling the world that Jewish heritage is a lie. Hamas refuses not only to recognize the present State of Israel, but all past evidence that the Jews were the masters of the Holy Land long before Islam ever existed. The reason Hamas can do this is because Islam is a religion of lies. A billion Moslems believe the lies because that is the way Islam works. Blind faith even when reality stares their lies in the face is how Islam works. Hamas has the ear of the Islamic world, and their adamant refusal to admit that the Jews exist is applauded by a people who can't exist in the light of truth. The Hamas plan is to destroy the truth wherever found until nothing is left, but the Islamic lie. Hamas and Islam as a whole are out to eradicate the Jews, and in the process destroy the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Islam wants to destroy the truth found in the Bible with Islamic lies. Islam knows the Holy Land is key to destroying the Bible, and replacing it with the blasphemous Koran. It matters not that the Holy Land radiates the truth that the Bible is true. Islam is intent on changing the truth into a lie.

Understand why God has chosen this generation to bring about dispensational change. The politicians of this generation are not interested in the Bible, or the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. They are prepared to give Islam what it wants under the lie of the Road Map forming a peace that is no peace in the Holy Land. The politicians are ready to give Islam most of the Holy Land, almost all of Jerusalem for their capital, and full sovereignty over the Temple Mount. Islam for it's part is prepared to give the worst culture of barbarians functioning in the world today a forever State where the God of the Bible says He will bring in His Kingdom of purity and holiness.

The truth is that God had a plan from the very beginning. He knew if He gave man a free will to sin that sin would be more desirable then good. God knew all mankind would fall in Adam, and so He provided the second Adam to save lost sinners.

Knesset Members Demand IDF Reopen Joseph´s Tomb

35 Knesset Members from various political factions are calling on the IDF to renew civilian access to the tomb of the Biblical Joseph in Shechem.

The site, at which Jews have gathered for prayer over the generations, has been closed to visitors for the past three years due to the dangers posed by Arab terrorists in the region.

In a letter to IDF Central Command Officer Maj.-Gen. Yair Naveh, the parliamentarians requested that the military authorities reopen Joseph's Tomb to Jewish visitors, taking whatever steps are necessary to ensure secure access.

The letter, initiated by National Union MK Uri Ariel, was signed by legislators from the United Torah Judaism, Shas, Likud, Kadima, Pensioners and Yisrael Beiteinu parties. All the MKs of the National Union-National Religious Party signed the letter, as did MK Moshe Sharoni, chairman of the Pensioners party, most of the Likud MKs, including presidential candidate MK Reuven Rivlin, and United Torah Judaism MKs, and five out of the twelve MKs from Shas.

MK Ariel emphasized that even the Oslo Accords, which turned over civilian and military control of Shechem (Nablus) to the Palestinian Authority, recognized that Joseph's Tomb is a sanctified site for Jews. The agreements included clauses guaranteeing freedom of access and freedom of worship at the tomb. Ariel initiated the letter to Naveh at this time due to the changing of the military command in the Shechem region, which opened the door to a reevaluation of existing policy.

The tomb was first abandoned by IDF forces in 2000, at the order of then-Prime Minister Ehud Barak, when it came under intense attack by PA militiamen and police at the start of what became known as the Oslo War. IDF soldier Madhat Yusuf was killed during the PA siege on the compound, slowly bleeding to death while Israeli generals refused to give the order to storm the compound. Upon the Israeli withdrawal, Arabs swarmed the building, destroying or pilfering whatever was to be found there.

In the major counter-terrorist military operation dubbed Defensive Shield, in May 2002, IDF forces returned to Shechem and to Joseph's Tomb. The military then organized monthly trips to the tomb, secured by IDF forces. The visits, which were arranged for midnight, regularly drew about 800 people.

The threat of Arab terrorist attacks on Jewish pilgrims to the tomb in the past three years, however, led the local IDF commander to suspend the visits.


 

Jordanian MPs: Temple Mount work violates peace pact

Ha'aretz reported today that at least 25 Jordanian lawmakers have signed a petition urging the government to officially declare that Israel has "violated" the peace treaty reached between the two countries in 1994 by continuing repair and excavation work near Jerusalem's al-Aqsa Mosque. Consequently, the legislators said that the Jordanian ambassador should be returned from Tel Aviv, and the Israeli ambassador to Amman should be "dismissed". Meanwhile, Jerusalem police are preparing for more violence on and around the Temple Mount to protest the work. Additionally, the Israel Antiquities Authority reports that cameras broadcasting real time footage of the project are going on line today at the IAA Website.

The issue is really how much do the Jews of this generation love the God of their fathers? Islam wants the Holy Land. They have loosed their nurtured barbarians to intimidate the Jews so they can take everything related to the Bible, and destroy it. Jewish heritage is at the top of the list. We know that the Jordanians when they had full control over Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount turned the most holy place for the Jews, the Wailing Wall, into a garbage dump. They literally covered the open areas of the wall with their filthy garbage. In 1967 Israeli bulldozers loaded all that Arab filth into dump trucks, and cleansed the Wailing Wall for Jewish worshippers. Jordan longs for the good old days when they crapped all over the Jewish Holy Sites with great joy. The Arab Palestinians long for the day when they can do even worse.

Folks, I want you to understand that even though this generation of Jews are mostly a worthless bunch of hedonistic politicos. It is the God of the Bible who is being insulted by these Islamic barbarians. It is God who brought this generation of Jews to the Holy Land creating this miraculous Third Exodus. God sees the Jews not as they are today, but what they will be like when He redeems them. Islam has no idea what it is up against in the Holy Land. Their open hostility to everything relating to the Bible is only sealing their fate when judgment comes. This Third Exodus means a Third Holy Jewish Temple is next on the Biblical agenda. The more Islam resists; The more will their condemnation become.

The Islamic Palestinian Arabs want to destroy completely every vestige of Christian, and Jewish heritage in the Holy Land. Today's politicians with their phony Road Map peace plan ignorantly support the Islamic effort. The burial place of Josephs bones means nothing to the masses of Christians and Jews, but means everything to the God of the Bible. Joseph was very special to God. His story is prominently recorded in the Bible. God is not going to allow Islam to make his burial place into another Arab dung pile. The good old days of Islamic vulgarity are past. It is not the politicians that Islam must contend with anymore, but the jealous God of the Bible preparing the way for the soon coming of His only begotten Son.

Friend, Joseph represents the victory of the Jews over the gentile powers of his day. His bones, and sarcophagus represent the coming victory of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob over the gentile powers of this generation. What side are you on? Christ is the only answer. Simple faith in His atoning work on Calvary so sin can be forgiven is the only hope you have. Come to Christ and live!

 

Syrian and Iranian Presidents Meet in Teheran

(IsraelNN.com) Syrian President Bashar Assad was greeted with the “red carpet” treatment upon his arrival in Teheran Saturday for talks with Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

The Iranian and Syrian leaders focused their discussions on the situations in Lebanon and Iraq. Iran has helped escalate instability in both countries by generously funding and rearming terrorists who oppose the current governments. The U.S. has accused both Syria and Iran of increasing the violence in Iraq by allowing terrorists to infiltrate the border and funding their activities.

Officials in Iraq shut down the border with both Iran and Syria for a three-day period this past week in order to rearrange border control outposts and implement more stringent security measures.

Iran is also responsible for supplying Hizbullah terrorists in Lebanon with sophisticated weaponry as well as funding for training camps in which Palestinian Authority terrorists are being taught to wage war against Israel. The Iranian aid is smuggled into Lebanon through the Syrian border.

The Israeli port city of Haifa and other northern cities, including Nahariya, Tzfat and Kiryat Shmonah were bombed by Iranian long-range missiles fired at the Jewish State by Hizbullah terrorists during last summer’s war with Lebanon.

In a related matter, Iran’s Ayatollah Ali Khamenei claimed Saturday that Teheran was being forced to develop nuclear energy in order to replace diminishing oil and gas reserves.

Iranian state television quoted Khamenei as saying the Islamic republic would become “dependent on domination-seeking powers” if it didn’t develop nuclear fuel.

Iran owns the second largest natural gas reserve in the world. It is also the second largest exporter of crude oil among the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), but experts have said their current reserves will be depleted in 15 years.

Israel and the U.S. have long suspected the Iranians of gearing their nuclear development activities toward building a weapon of mass destruction, which poses an existential threat to the Jewish State as well as other nations.

A recent internal paper circulated among the European Union nations confirmed Jerusalem’s fears, documenting that Iranian scientists are working to develop a nuclear bomb.

The United Nations Security Council imposed limited sanctions on the Islamic State, forbidding transfer of nuclear technology to Iran. Both the U.S. and Israel have been pressuring the world body to tighten the noose by including economic sanctions as well.

Iran has denied the charges and maintains that its nuclear develop activities are geared to production of nuclear energy for peaceful domestic purposes.

Syria and it's capital Damascus have long been a problem to the Jews. Right at the beginning of Jewish history in the book of Genesis Damascus is mentioned as the homeland of the invaders who entered the Holy Land capturing Lot the brother of Abraham. Damascus is also mentioned at the end of Jewish history in the Bible. Ezekiel 40 - 48 reveals the lay of the land during the Millennial Kingdom. Damascus is there as the northern boarder of the restored land given the Jewish tribe of Dan.

There will be gentiles who will survive into the Millennial Kingdom, but they will be gentiles who have submitted themselves to the Jews. The Millennial Kingdom will be a Jewish Kingdom ruled over be the Jewish King of Glory. It will not be so much that the gentiles submit to the Jews as it is that the gentiles submit to the Jewish King!

Zechariah 8:23

What it takes for this kind of conversion is revealed in the Bible. It is Great Tribulation. It is judgment coming to planet earth with such puritanical fervor that the fear of the LORD is finally realized on the part of those who survive the terror to come. The glib smiles of those negotiating the fate of the Holy Land without consideration for God or His word will be wiped from off their faces when the reality of the Great Tribulation sets in.

The judgment of Damascus, though fearsome, has behind it a loving God. Sin must be reigned in. Sinners must be confronted, and either converted or judged. The coming Kingdom of holiness must have a perfect beginning, or it will just be another repeat of our present age. God is already on record that the coming dispensation will be brought in through judgment.  All of Israel's neighbors are scheduled for long overdue judgment. They will submit to the coming Jewish King. Every knee will bow to the LORD Jesus Christ, or be broken. This includes Lebanon to the Northwest with it's ancient capital of Tyre (Tyrus). Syria to the Northeast with it's capital of Damascus. Jordan to the East now occupying the ancient land of Edom. Finally, Gaza to the South with it's ancient Philistine capital cities of Ashdod,  Ashkelon, and Ekron. The LORD will roar from Zion, from the Temple Mount, as Christ establishes His perfect Holy Kingdom in the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and on Mount Zion. What God did in the past (days of Jeroboam and Joash), He will do again in this our generation to the rebellious neighbors of Israel. It will be for three transgressions, and for four that Great Tribulation is coming to the present Islamic Arab neighbors of Israel.

 

 

Friend, it is for three transgressions, and far more then four that the God of the Bible is going to condemn you to the everlasting fires of hell. Arafat boasted of his great lie that the Arab Palestinians were somehow related to the Biblical Philistines to lend attempted legitimacy to their claims to the Holy Land. A lying boast for which he now suffers in torments of hell. The Bible says even th4e remnant of the Philistines will perish! Friend, without Christ you will join Arafat. Why not come right now to the Christ of the Bible for the forgiveness of your sin. It is Christ who died on Calvary as the only perfect atonement for sin. It is only He who can apply His cleansing blood to your heart. Reach out to Him for the salvation you need, or judgment will be rendered as the concluding remarks on your life by the Holy God of the Bible. It was John the Baptist who prepared the way for Christ the first time saying "Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand." Oh friend, do not pass by this opportunity to repent before He comes again.

Rice-Abbas News Conference Cancelled

(IsraelNN.com) The joint press conference that was to be held by U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas on Sunday has been cancelled for unspecified reasons, according to an initial report in Haaretz. The two will meet later today, however.

The American Secretary of State arrived Saturday night in Israel after making an unannounced stop in Baghdad earlier in the day. She plans to meet separately on Sunday in Ramallah with PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas and in Jerusalem with Prime Minister Ehud Olmert.

Rice issued a warning at a joint news conference held with Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni that the PA government must still comply with demands by the Quartet (U.S., Russia, United Nations and European Union) that it recognize Israel, renounce terrorism and honor existing agreements or relinquish hopes of future American assistance.

Rice took a tough stance at the news conference, held after her meeting with Livni.. “It is reasonable to obligate them [the PA] to renounce violence, to recognize the right [of Israel] to exist and honor international agreements,” she told reporters.

Abbas warned American Middle East envoy David Welch in preparatory talks earlier in the day that there would be no major policy changes in the new PA unity government, also to be led by the Hamas terrorist faction.

A PA official said Abbas flatly told Welch, “This (unity) agreement was the best we could get. We cannot change it. You either take it or leave it.”

According to a political source in Jerusalem, U.S. President George W. Bush reassured Olmert in a phone conversation Friday that America will continue to insist the PA government meet the Quartet demands before talks can continue.

PA negotiator Saeb Erekat confirmed the American position, quoting Welch as saying the U.S. is “going to judge this government according to its commitment to the Quartet conditions.”

Other PA officials said earlier in the week that the U.S. had threatened to boycott all PA government officials, including both Hamas and non-Hamas ministers, until the Quartet conditions are met. The State Department later said it was waiting for the PA to clarify its policies before making a decision on its next move.

Abbas is expected to demand on Monday that the U.S. and Israel accept the new PA government, said Nabil Abu Rudeineh after the meeting. “In the three-way meeting with Olmert and Rice… Abbas is going to say that this government should be given a chance,” said the Abbas aide.

The unity deal signed in Mecca more than a week ago was aimed at ending the internecine violence between the two factions but left the Hamas terrorist organization in control of the PA.

The agreement did not require either faction to fulfill the international community’s demands for the PA government to recognize Israel, renounce terrorism and uphold agreements signed with Israel by prior PA governments.

Until the Mecca summit, Abbas had been adamant that Fatah would not join with Hamas until the group met the Quartet conditions. His commitment to the international community dissolved, however, once he signed on to the pact with Hamas under the watchful eye of Saudi Arabian King Abdullah.

Islam, under the watchful eye of the Saudis will never recognize Israel. They will never stop their barbaric terrorism, and never will they  recognize as binding any agreements made with the infidels. This is reality. It is why the Bible says God intends to destroy all Islamic influence over the Holy Land. This meeting is much bigger then just Fatah and Hamas getting along with each other. Islam as a whole is getting ready to flex their muscles, and very soon a united Islamic effort will be aimed at the extermination of all the Jews of Israel. God long knew this generation of Islam which raised and nurtured this generation of Islamic barbarians was going to be the last Islamic generation to have influence over the Holy Land. Ezekiel 38 & 39 records the Last Jihad that will result in Islam being relegated to the dung heap of history. They will join the pyramid builder Egyptians, The ancient Assyrians, the head of gold Babylonians, the lopsided monster of the Medes and Persians, and right down the line of gentile nations and their gods. Allah is about to join the beetle gods of Egypt, the Dagon's, the Moloch's, the Baal's, and the Zeus's all bygone deities that once were puffed up even higher then what Islam does with their false Arabic god Allah. The dung heap of history is full, but new room will be added for Allah when Ezekiel 39 takes place. The one God who continues irregardless of what men may think of Him, or no matter how much He is ignored by men is the God of the Bible. When the Jews dropped Him for the traditions of religion He went to the gentiles. Now that the gentiles have dropped Him He is going back to the Jews to keep the promises He made.

Today, the only way the Jews can return is by coming to Christ. They must let go of all their religious traditions, and seek a circumcised heart from the only Biblical Savior who has the power to fix the heart filled with sin. Christ is the perfect surgeon who is the only one who can cut away the bad without killing the patient. This God of the Bible has miraculously preserved the sons of Jacob from extinction while nations stronger and mightier then they have perished. The purpose of this preservation is the miraculous Third Exodus we are witnessing in this our generation. This God who never changes, and has preserved Jacob is about to change dispensations once again as He did when the New Testament was written. The gentiles are going out with the rapture, and the Jews are coming into the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and Mount Zion. The redemption of the Jews, and the return of the LORD Jesus Christ as the King of Glory are all coming together during this generation. The God who never changes has only one plan. Christ, the King of the Jews, is the center of that plan! He came the first time to be the single atonement for sin, and He is coming the second time to rule because of the victory over sin that He accomplished.

Friend, are you part of that plan, or are you going to be rejected by this God who never changes? This God who lives forever has promised lost sinners that they can be saved. He saved me, and He will save you if you come to Him with all your heart, all your soul, and all your might. It is a total commitment, and to those who come to Him in child like faith with full commitment find He changes the heart. He has changed the hearts of men down through the annals of history, and He is not finished. The choice is yours as to whether you will be saved or not. It is only a remnant who come out of every generation. During the Old Testament last dispensation with father Abraham the Jews looked forward to the coming of the Messiah. Today, we know He came, and is coming again. Friend, are you saved? Have you come to this Biblical Messiah for the forgiveness of your sins? Will you stand with this coming King of Glory?

 

Intelligence Chief: Hizbullah is Stronger than Before War

(IsraelNN.com) Brig.-Gen. Yossi Beiditz, head of the IDF's Intelligence Wing Research Division, told the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee that Hizbullah has "returned to its pre-war capabilities, and has even become stronger."

Beiditz was asked more than once by committee members if he meant that Hizbullah was now stronger, and he responded in the affirmative - until Defense Minister Amir Peretz stepped in.

Peretz said, "Hizbullah has not increased its strength, but merely its potential." Beiditz quickly agreed with Peretz, arousing a storm of protest from opposition MKs.

MK Limor Livnat (Likud) told the Maariv newspaper, "I view this with great gravity - first to know that Hizbullah is stronger than before the war, as Gen. Beiditz described, and also to know that the head of the IDF's Intelligence Wing Research Division gets in line with comments made to him by the Defense Minister. We asked Beiditz a few times about Hizbullah, and he said yes, Hizbullah has become stronger. He described the situation, and it is not correct that the Defense Minister should correct him."

MK Silvan Shalom, Israel's Foreign Minister from 2003 until 2006, also railed against Peretz's intervention. "If Hizbullah continues to get stronger than it was before the war," he said, "this proves that the war was a failure."

Just a few days ago, Hizbullah terrorist chieftain Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah bragged publicly about the continuing smuggling of weapons into southern Lebanon. "We say this openly; after all, we didn't fight Israel with sticks, but with rockets," he said. "Israel doesn't know where we are hiding them."

Nasrallah added that Hizbullah would not disarm, as called for in the ceasefire agreement ending last summer's war.

Hizbullah fired some 4,000 Katyusha rockets at Israel last summer, killing 41 civilians (including 17 Arabs and Druze); 119 soldiers were also killed in the war. It was estimated that Hizbullah had not used even half of its rocket strength.

Peres Denies Hizbullah is Back to Full Strength
 

(IsraelNN.com) Vice Premier Shimon Peres denied Tuesday morning that the Hizbullah terrorist organization has returned to its pre-war capabilities.

“All we see is Nasrallah’s attempts to scorn the United Nations and its resolutions,” he claimed.

Peres was touring the northern border as he made his remarks.

This latest war in Lebanon was a total disaster. Hizbullah has emerged stronger then ever not just militarily, but in prestige among the Islamic world. The invincible IDF was never able to stop the Islamic rockets from raining down on the Jewish population. Tank buster RPG's and IED's surprised the Jewish Army which was unprepared for such weaponry. The lesson that Israel's strength is in the LORD went unheeded. Olmert is telling all who will listen that the Jews won a great victory in Lebanon. The lesson will never be learned as long as denial of the truth continues. Islam lives by the lie, but God has no intent to let Israel follow their worthless example. Reality is a form of truth. Reality brings things into the light. The reality of Lebanon is that Israel lost. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob saw to it that the sins of this secular liberal Jewish government should be brought to the light. God intends the world know Israel was cursed much as He did in the days of Joshua when the Jewish Army went up against Ai.

The accursed thing of this generation is the give away of Holy Land to the barbarians. The hearts of many Jews who are realizing the truth have begun to melt. The invincibility of the IDF is no longer true. The question right now is will the Jewish majority turn to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as their strength, or go the path of Olmert in denial. The overall plan of God with this miraculous Third Exodus is the Third Holy Jewish Temple being built on the Temple Mount. Every Exodus in the past resulted in a Holy Temple being built. This Exodus is no different. The Jews know this, but they have no faith in the strength of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. They look at the giants of this world putting all the pressure they can on the Jews to accept the gentile Road Map, and they cower.

Israel needs to be reintroduced to the God of their fathers. The Islamic invasion of Ezekiel 38 & 39 certainly meets this task. Not only will the Jews be reintroduced to the God of the Bible, but the resisting heathen will also be confronted with His mighty power. The Islamic barbarians will be humiliated and destroyed. Not because the Jews are so good, but because the Islamic barbarians are so bad. God hated the Canaanites of old for their wickedness, and the Islamic terrorists are about to find He hates them with the same fervor.

Public Trust in Government Plummeting

(IsraelNN.com) A new poll published by the Center for the Study of Crime Law and Society at the University of Haifa has revealed that only 14 percent of the Jewish Israeli public has complete trust in the Israel Police Force.

Professor Arye Rattner, director of the Center, said by contrast, that more than double that number, 38.5 percent of those surveyed expressed a total lack of trust in police.

The numbers have steadily dropped since 2002, when 50 percent of the public reported that they trusted the police force and only 13 percent expressed a lack of trust.

Within a year, the number of Israelis who expressed a high level of trust in police had dropped to 36 percent, although the number of those who said they did not trust law enforcement officers remained at 13 percent.

Prof. Rattner said the statistics are ominous signs that the social fabric of the Jewish State is being strained to a point that the damage may soon cause a rise in crime and social services statistics.

“The results of the survey point to a serious blow to the legitimacy the Israeli public grants – or doesn’t grant – to the police,” said Rattner. “This loss of legitimacy may lead to demonstrations of contempt for the rule of law and a decrease in the level of respect for and compliance with the law,” he added.

Researchers questioned 1,625 Jewish Israelis over the past several weeks as part of a multi-year study that has tracked the level of trust in the country’s police force since 2000.

Faith in a different sector of Jewish leadership has also dropped to record lows, according to a Geocartographia poll released this week.

An overwhelming majority of 74.4 percent of the respondents said they favor dissolving the Knesset, the highest figures since former Labor Prime Minister Ehud Barak was forced to call elections less than two years after being voted into office.

In a Geocartographia poll conducted in November 2006, the majority of respondents said they were in favor of the resignations of then-IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Dan Halutz and Labor Defense Minister Amir Peretz, who has remained in his post. More than half of the respondents – 53 percent – said that Kadima Prime Minster Ehud Olmert should resign his post or call new elections.

Within two months, Halutz resigned. Peretz has remained. Olmert has continued in his post, although the Prime Minister is currently under investigation on allegations of corruption in previous government posts. Former Justice Minister Chaim Ramon was forced to resign his post after being charged with sexual misconduct. Ramon was later convicted.

Recent polls have showed that if elections were held today, the Kadima party would shrink to a bare few seats in the Knesset.

The lesson is being taught that the Jews must stop putting their trust in a secular government, and start putting their trust in the
God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. This present Olmert, liberal, secular, government is a disaster, and an embarrassment to every Jew. The problem is there is nothing of any value to replace it. Netanyahu, the poster boy for American conservatives, is already on record as supporting the George Bush adopted Road Map. He has no convictions against the forming of a barbaric Arab Palestinian State in the Holy Land with the capital Jerusalem. I'm sure he will even give away the Temple Mount. His only concern seems to be that he wants something concrete from the Arab Palestinians in return before the give away. The Liberal Olmert is ready to give away the same lands for nothing. Not even a promise from the Arab Palestinians to behave. Olmert feels once he unilaterally withdraws from Samaria, and  Judah that the international community will put full pressure on the Arabs to behave. That for certain will never work. The international community has been one sided in it's support of the Arabs, and opposition to the Jews. What makes anyone think they will change? Secondly, the Islamic Arabs do not care what the international community may think or do. They just want to hate the Jews. It is their calling in life by Allah. If they can't murder off all the Jews, they will torture them for all eternity.

One thing I do know is that a false peace is coming to Israel. A peace that is no peace. A peace that will be in name only. A peace just like the blasphemous Road Map is likely to produce. The Bible tells me the Jews are soon to let down their guard. This phony peace will be under full government sanction. The Jews will purposely leave themselves bare before the Islamic barbarians. I suspect they will think that such an act of selflessness will gain them favor among the leading gentile nations? It might even change the hearts of the Arabs from hate to respect? Whatever the motivation, and no matter what government institutes this phony peace plan; It is not going to work! Islam will see the weakness of the Jews, and exploit it. They will invade the Holy Land seeing the time is right. They never wanted just part of the Holy Land. They want it all. In this, they have been crystal clear. They will not care what the world thinks. They will only care about killing the Jews whom they have been nurtured to hate through the Koran. This "Last Jihad" is recorded in Ezekiel 38 & 39. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The God of Ezekiel revealed the end of Islamic influence in the Holy Land, and then the building of the Millennial Temple (Ezek 40 - 48) on the Temple Mount. Only the end of Islam can open the door for the Jews to build the Last Holy Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount. Al Aqsa and the Dome of the Rock will be bulldozed away without protest for there will be no voice for Islam anymore in the Holy Land after Ezekiel 39.

Friend, I hope you can realize that peace in the Holy Land is beyond the capabilities of mortal men. It will take a miracle of God to bring true everlasting peace to this most sacred land. It will take the return of the LORD Jesus Christ as the King of Glory to establish a government based on Biblical righteousness not the law of human invention. This is a task far beyond the abilities of any secular government. This is what God is in the process of doing in the Holy Land this very day. The Jews of the Holy Land must realize that until they put their trust in Christ the Messiah, and soon coming again King they will never have peace! What about you? Have you put such faith and trust in this Christ of the Bible? You will never have peace with the absolutely Holy God of the Bible, who never changes, until you come to Christ for forgiveness. Jesus paid the price for your sin on Calvary. He waits for you to come to Him under your own free will. He can save, and promised all who come to Him will be granted absolution from sin. Actually it is even more then absolution. It will be as if you never sinned at all once His precious blood is applied to your heart. Yes, you will sin, but in Christ God will see you as you are going to be. Not like you are today. The great promise of the God of the Bible is full sanctification in Christ. God is going to make you perfect. He is not going to make you a god, but He is going to perfect the lost sinner. Friend, in the soul cleansing blood of Christ we will be fit for heaven. Won't you come to Him today? Won't you come to Christ and live?

 

Safeguarding Jerusalem

It's become very clear that the clash over the construction work near the Mugrabi Gate is not a struggle against the archaeological excavations or the construction of a bridge, but part of a broader campaign for the control of Jerusalem. After all, this construction work has no connection to the Al-Aqsa Mosque nor any effect on it.

Indeed, even among some of the Arab MKs - those same leaders mobilizing the war and the incitement against the construction - there were those who admitted, some through winks and nods and others more directly, that whether the work really threatens the mosque does not matter. In their view, Israel has no sovereignty in the Old City and has no right to carry out any sort of construction work in the Temple Mount environs.

At the root of this war is the intensifying effort by the Palestinians and their supporters, from within and without Israel, to deny any link or rights of the Jewish people to the Temple Mount or to Jerusalem, and thus to undermine not only our right to sovereignty in Jerusalem, but also Israel's right to exist as a Jewish state.

We have no choice but to succeed in this struggle, and possess all the possible elements for such an outcome. The way to succeed is to show and prove, by means of complete transparency, that the deceiving claims and baseless incitements are nothing more than false propaganda.

The government acted along these lines, launching a Web site with real-time, round-the-clock video footage of the excavations. Israel has finally learned to utilize the Internet. And indeed, the disorderly conduct of Sheikh Ra'ad Salah and the remonstrations of Khaled Meshal and the Islamic organizations are not having any significant effect in the broader world, and their anti-Israel campaign has failed to take off.

As part of this important effort, the prime minister agreed, during an official visit to Turkey - a large Muslim country, with strategic ties of utmost importance to Israel - to meet the request of the Turkish prime minister and allow a delegation from there to evaluate the conditions on the ground. This was a smart, wise and appropriate move on the part of the prime minister, and there is no justification for the criticism against him.

One needn't be a former deputy foreign minister or a seasoned diplomat to appreciate the diplomatic significance and the implications of such a move; let's not forget that the real dispute is over the sovereignty of Jerusalem.

The fact that the Turkish prime minister is sending a delegation to this site - near the Western Wall and the Temple Mount - following an invitation by the prime minister of Israel, is a clear expression of support of Israel's position. After all, this is not a United Nations delegation nor one imposed on Israel by an international body, but an authorized delegation of Turkey to Israel (and not of the Palestinian Authority or Jordan).

Israel really has nothing to hide. So there should be no surprise that the Arab MKs responded with anger and frustration, demanding: "What business does Turkey have with this issue?" They understood what many MKs on the right have not: that this is a diplomatic gain for Israel and a wise way of conducting an important campaign

Oh how foolish Olmert is to think the Turks are going to help out Israel. The Bible is clear that the Islamic invasion of the latter years will include the Turks as part of the Northern prong of invaders. Togarmah the son of Gomer is the key word to Turkey in Ezekiel 38 & 30. The land mass where this ancient great grandson of Noah settled after the Great Flood is Turkey.

In the Torah, Togarmah is listed in the genealogy of nations as the son of Gomer, and grandson of Japheth (Gen. 10:3).

According to traditional Armenian and Georgian accounts, both these peoples as well as several other Caucasian peoples are the descendants of Togarmah (Armenian: Thorgom, Թորգոմ; Georgian: Thargamos, თარგამოს). Furthermore, the local names for Armenia (Hayq) and Georgia (Kartli/Sakartvelo) come allegedly from sons of Thogarmas, Haik (Հայք) and Kartlos (ქართლოს), respectively.

According to other records, he is regarded as the ancestor of the Turkic-speaking peoples. For example, in King Joseph's Reply, the Khazar monarch writes:

"You ask us also in your epistle: "Of what people, of what family, and of what tribe are you?" Know that we are descended from Japhet, through his son Togarmah. I have found in the genealogical books of my ancestors that Togarmah had ten sons. These are their names: the eldest was Ujur, the second Tauris, the third Avar, the fourth Uauz, the fifth Bizal, the sixth Tarna, the seventh Khazar, the eighth Janur, the ninth Bulgar, the tenth Sawir." (These are the mythical founders of tribes that once lived in the neighborhood of the Black and Caspian Seas).

It is Togarmah that Ezekiel says will join the "Chief Prince of Meshech and Tubal" who are identified as a part of the Gog (Russia) who come out of the land of Magog.

2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him,

The scholars identify Meshech as Moscow and Tubal as Tubalsk the Eastern capital of Russia. The Gog of course is the generic term used in the Bible for the Russians, and the land of Magog is identified as all land North of the Caucuses Mountains of which Ararat (landing place for Noah's Ark) is the highest peak of the mountain chain that  runs between the Caspian and Black Seas. The Caucuses are a natural barrier separating the Middle east from the North. The "Chief Prince" is unidentified by any scholar of note. Only today can the speculation be made that the "Chief Prince" is the Islamic part of the old USSR. An interesting note is that the word for chief in modern Hebrew is "Rosh." Rosh is the literal word in modern Hebrew for Russia. The "Chief Prince" literally translated would be the "Prince of the Russians." I'm convinced this prince of the Russians is the Islamic prince of the old USSR. The Islamic break away countries of the old USSR like Chechnya, and Georgia directly North of the Caucasus are a phenomenon of our generation. It must be in this generation that the invasion must come for by the next generation the ties of the Islamic Prince to Russia will no longer exist.

It is the "chief prince" that Togarmah joins becoming the Northern prong of the invasion as the the chief prince passes through Turkey on his way to Israel. It is the chief prince that instigates the Islamic invasion of Israel. They are joined by the Eastern prong invaders of Iran (old Persia), and the Southern prong of  Cush and Phut which the scholars identify as North Africa (Ethiopia and Libya). These things are all predicted in the Bible to take place in the latter years. The years in which we are living. Only now in our generation are all these lands settled by son's, grandsons, and great grandsons of Noah all Islamic. It is not the Gog who are destroyed in Ezekiel 39, but the chief prince of the Gog. It is the Islamic part of the old USSR that will come down into the Holy Land as a storm. They will come with murderous lust in their hearts. The barbarian mindset is already being revealed to the world of our generation. They are about to be met head on by the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The God of the Bible. The God who has promised His Son a Kingdom. A Kingdom bought and paid for at Calvary.

Friend, do you know this Christ of the Bible? Is this the Christ in whom you have committed yourself? The days of Noe are upon us. Are you ready? Have you come to this Christ for your salvation? Understand the link between Noah, and the coming of Christ. Understand that Islam must go before the Last Holy Temple of the Jews can be built. Names like Togarmah are not mentioned in the /Bible except here in /ezekiel, and in relation to the dispersing of the nations in Genesis. Watch Turkey (Togarmah) as events unfold in the Holy Land.

Police to Restrict Muslim Entrance to Temple Mount
 

(IsraelNN.com) Police will restrict Muslim entrance to the Temple Mount on Friday. Only those with Israeli citizenship will be able to enter the Mount for prayers in the Al-Aksa mosque. Also, men under the age of 45 will be prohibited to enter.

Friday is the main Muslim day of prayer, and many religious leaders use it to give speeches inciting their followers to violence against Israel. The Al-Aksa mosque in particular has been a site of frequent violence following Friday prayers, with Muslims attacking police officers and Jewish worshippers at the Western Wall with stones. When the potential for violence is particularly high, police often choose to ban entrance for young men, who are the most likely to be involved in attacks.

Islam has nurtured an entire generation of barbarians on hate for the Jews. They have been trained to respond to the call of their religious leaders. The Koran is the instrument used to stir the barbarians into religious murderous frenzy. It is only this generation of young men who are so well nurtured. Apparently the older men are not so quick to put their lives on the line for Allah. The Jews have recognized this fact, and use it to keep the barbarians under control on the Temple Mount. Once the Mullahs release the barbarians by quoting the Koran, the favorite target is always the peaceful Jews praying at the Western Wailing Wall. They hurl their rocks with deadly fury as they allow the animalistic influence nurtured through the Koran to take full control. This is a terrible generation Islam has raised. The hate starts in the home as the parents begin the indoctrination process of hate. The entire neighborhood joins into the process every time Jews are murdered by suicide bombers. They party in the streets like wild animals. They venerate the dead bombers with streets, and Islamic local schools named after them. They pass out sweets to all the little children enforcing the madness of hate as a good thing. The entire culture is depraved beyond repentance. The Islamic media, school system, government all encourage hate as the only answer to the Middle East conflict. Those who show any wavering are immediately targeted as Jewish informers facing the full wrath of the barbarians. Folks, this is a culture doomed by it's own volition. Very few are expected to submit to the coming Jewish King of Glory when He establishes His Kingdom in the Holy Land. Very few are predicted to turn away from the Koran, and come to the Bible.

The Temple Mount remains the bone of contention. Islam is not stupid. They know what the Bible says about the coming of the Jewish Messiah. Islamite's know what the Bible says about the return of Christ. Islam has bricked up the Golden Gate entrance to the Temple Mount specifically for this reason. They have planted a Moslem cemetery at the base of the gate all in an effort to stop the Biblical prophecies from coming to pass. Islam knows the God of the Bible declared war on their blasphemies when He brought about this miraculous Third Exodus of out generation. Islam nurtured the barbarians now raining terror on the world as a direct result. Islam rather then surrender to the God of the Bible decided to hate Him. They decided to fight Him to the death before turning away from their false Arabic god Allah. They are now placing the Temple Mount at the center of their struggle against the Bible.

The weak politicos of this generation have surrendered to Islam. The Evangelical White House has adopted the blasphemous Road Map designed by the atheistic Russians and Europeans as the only peace plan for the Holy Land. The giving away of all of Judah and Samaria which includes most of Jerusalem for an Islamic Capital is the plan of the West thought to pacify the barbarians. Forget, that it is a slap in the face to the God of the Bible. Forget that it is the same as bricking up the Golden Gate politically by granting the Islamic barbarians a forever State of the Holy Land. I'm convinced the Jewish sovereignty over the Temple Mount will be relinquished as part of the final solution of the Road Map.

Islam is not stupid. They understand what the Bible says is in complete contradiction to what the Koran says about a coming Islamic kingdom which the Koran says will be built upon the utter destruction of the Jews. Friend, I don't think you are stupid either. You must know that judgment is coming to planet earth. The Bible is clear that the LORD Jesus Christ is the only Savior. He laid down His life at Calvary as the only acceptable atonement for sin as the Bible said He would. He offers you right now forgiveness. It is your decision to accept His free gift, or fight Him to the death. Friend, you need Christ! Won't you come to Him today?

 

World-Wide Blitz against Israel

(IsraelNN.com) The United Nations, Russia, Arab states and the media have escalated an international broadside against Israel while touting the Hamas-Fatah coalition.

A report by the U.N. Human Rights Council has provided the background for the Arab position, backed by Russia, that the Western-led economic boycott of Hamas must be lifted in order to fight poverty in the Gaza area.

The council report was commissioned to John Dugard, who formerly campaigned against South Africa apartheid and who concluded that the racist policy is similar to that of Israel. He defined Jews as a "race" and charged that the Israeli army is guilty of terror worse than that of Arab terrorists. Dugard's draft is to be published next month in a full report by the U.N.

Dugard wrote that "Israel's laws and practices in the [Palestinian Authority (PA)] certainly resemble aspects of apartheid. Can it seriously be denied that the purpose of such action is to establish and maintain domination by one racial group, Jews, over another racial group, Palestinians, and systematically oppress them?"

The report accuses Israel of terror by flying jets that set off sonic booms, forcing "residents to live in fear of settler terror." Dugard also alleges that Israel still is "occupying" the Gaza region despite the expulsion of Jewish residents from their communities and the handover of the land to the PA. "Gaza became a sealed off, imprisoned and occupied territory," he wrote.

He cited Arabs for committing war crimes by attacking Israel with Kassam rockets, but added that the IDF has "committed such crimes on a much greater scale."

U.N. Report Ignores Economic Aid to PA
Media throughout the world have headlined the report's assertion that Israeli "restrictions on trade and movement" have created conditions where "the poorest families are now living a meager existence totally reliant on assistance, with no electricity or heating and eating food prepared with water from bad sources."

The report's timing "is especially sensitive, coming to light after both Israel and the U.S. indicated that they will maintain the boycott after the planned Fatah-Hamas coalition cabinet takes office unless it clearly commits itself to recognition of Israel, renunciation of violence and adherence to previous agreements with Israel," noted the London Independent.

The report ignores aid that has been redirected through the offices of PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas in order to bypass Hamas, leaving the PA as one of the world's largest recipients of foreign economic aid. The International Monetary Fund (International Monetary Fund (IMF) has reported that the PA received $709 million in aid in 2006, double the amount received in 2005.

The aid figures do not include hundreds of millions of dollars invested by various U.N. agencies in Gaza.

In addition, Hamas leaders have smuggled more than $60 million into Gaza.

Another report by a U.N. agency and published by Reuters News Agency blames Israel's attack on Gaza's "only power station" for leaving the "Occupied Palestinian Territories" without electricity. However, Dugard does not mention that Israel's Ashkelon power plant also provides electricity to many PA residents.

Britain To Deal with 'Moderate' Hamas Elements
The increasing blame on Israel for problems in the PA, along with the mounting pressure from Russia have contributed to a change in the policy of British Prime Minister Tony Blair, who has indicated he is prepared to deal with Hamas.

"It is far easier to deal with the situation in Palestine if there is a national unity government," he said. "I hope we can make progress, including even with the more sensible elements of Hamas."

The United States has been the staunchest opponent of lifting the sanctions against Hamas, but American Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has conceded that Abbas out-maneuvered Israel by collaborating with Hamas to form a unity government, which she stated has made the situation "more complicated."

The result was a meeting this week between her, Abbas and Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, that analysts agreed was an exercise in rhetoric, although the conversation included angry shouts between the Israeli and PA leaders.

Mashaal To Visit Moscow
The Quartet so far has insisted Hamas meet international demands, but the terrorist organization continues to drum up international support, starting with Russia, one of the members of the Quartet. Syrian-based Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal is scheduled to visit Moscow from Sunday to Tuesday, as Moscow continues to ignore Israeli pleas that international powers not conduct talks with leaders of the Hamas organization.

Abbas, the leader of the Fatah movement, has been courting European nations, claiming that the unity government is committed to meeting international conditions even though Hamas explicitly refuses to do so. Fatah has paid lip-service to the conditions, but terrorist attacks by Fatah terrorists continue almost daily. Abbas also has conditioned his "recognition of Israel' on demands, which every recent Israeli government has categorically stated are unreasonable.

Abbas has said a Jewish state could be recognized only after Jerusalem becomes the capital of a new Arab country and millions of Arabs in foreign countries are allowed to live in Israel.

Abbas's problem is that "Hamas is considered to be more powerful than Fatah," according to Turi Munthe, associate fellow at the Royal United Service Institute in London.

Muslim States Pressuring Quartet
A group of 57 Muslim countries meeting in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia has agreed to step up pressure and try to force the Quartet to lift the economic sanctions against Hamas. The Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) also continues to accuse Israel of endangering the Al Aksa mosque by conducting archaeological operations near the Temple Mount.

"In light of the positive developments in Palestine and formation of the national unity government, the international embargo against Palestinians has no justification," said Ekmel Al Deen Ihsanoglu, Secretary-General of the OIC.

He called on the Arab countries, including oil-rich kingdoms, to provide financial and moral support to Jerusalem Arabs and the Palestinian Authority (PA).

The real problem with the Arab Palestinians is that they chose to raise a generation of barbarians. These are people who do not work. They take! They extort! They make a fearsome face to intimidate others to give them what they want. I'm astounded that the sound of Israeli jets is categorized as the same kind of terror as the suicide bombers, or the Kassam rockets. the reasoning is that the jet sound reminds the barbarians of how they are resisted by the Jewish settlers who obviously are not intimidated by their fearsome faces. The Islamic Arab Palestinians will always be a welfare state as they are presently in the Gaza where they do have full sovereignty as long as they focus on raising barbarians. Only barbarians can so have their consciences seared so they can kill Jewish woman and babies without remorse. This is the hate the Islamic Arab Palestinians demand of the children of this generation. The price is a forever welfare state as we see in the Gaza. The Road Map being promoted by the Quartet can only produce an even larger welfare state throughout all of Samaria, and Judah. The plan is to make Jerusalem the capital of this barbarian welfare state for all the world to see. A direct slap in the face to the Biblical God who has long ago revealed His plans for Judah, Jerusalem, and the Temple mount in the last days.

Today, the gentile nations hate the Jews, and their God. The nations hate the thought that the God of the Bible is gathering together the Jews of this generation in this miraculous Third Exodus. The nations hate the plan of God to have the Jews build a Third Holy Jewish Temple on the exact spot where all the other Jewish Temples existed. The nations hate this God who declares Himself a jealous God who will not share either the Temple Mount, Jerusalem, or the Holy Land with the heathen. Even the Jewish majority hate this plan of God. The majority vote in secular, liberal, politicians like Olmert who promise to give away Judah, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount to the heathen. Isaiah is very clear that God is going to establish His house once again on the Temple Mount in the last days. Such Biblical prophecy means nothing to either the Olmert government, or the Evangelical White House that has adopted the Road Map. The plan is to give the Islamic, Arab, Palestinians Most of the Holy Land, almost all of Jerusalem, and full sovereignty over the Temple Mount forever.

Friend, the nations never have been, or ever will be more powerful then the God of the Bible. They, and the Road Map are going to lose. God is giving them enough of their evil rope to hang themselves. Armageddon is the Biblical response to the nations, and their Road Map plan. What about you? Have you played with God, but never committed your life to His plan of redemption? Has the God of the Bible been ignored in your life as if He doesn't really exist? Oh friend, it is the LORD Jesus Christ who is going to win in the end. He is coming again to the Holy Land, Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount to establish His Kingdom. Will you be part of that Kingdom, or will you be rejected for rejecting Him? The Bible says we need a Savior! Have you come to this Christ of the Bible for the forgiveness of your sin?

Temple Tantrums
Behind the Arab riots over the Mughrabi bridge project

Israel has suspended plans for a footbridge from the Western Wall plaza to the Mughrabi Gate entrance into the Temple Mount after preliminary archeological digs in the sensitive area sparked Arab riots in the Old City and Muslim protests worldwide in recent weeks. The pretext for the violence is an 80-year-old Palestinian claim that the Western Wall is actually the Muslim holy site al-Buraq – named after the horse in Muhammad’s mythical ‘Night Journey’ to Jerusalem.

The footbridge was to replace a wooden ramp built on an embankment of fill material collapsing from heavy rains and earth tremors in recent years. The endangered ramp leads to the Mughrabi Gate, the only access for non-Muslims entering the Temple Mount, the holiest site in Judaism.

The project first required archeological excavations to identify any antiquities beneath the proposed bridge, an area rich with layers from the Second Temple, Byzantine and early Islamic periods. Once excavated, the bridge pilings were to be anchored in such a way as to preserve any antiquities found.

Israeli authorities had quietly vetted and approved the project, even receiving a nod from the Jordanian-controlled Waqf (Islamic trust) that oversees the Muslim sites on the Temple Mount. But when the digs began in early February, hysterical Muslim leaders incited riots in Jerusalem after Friday prayers, charging that the work endangered al-Aqsa – the gray-domed mosque on the south end of the Temple Mount.

Israeli officials issued reassurances that the excavations were safely beyond the al-Aqsa compound. But Palestinian leaders countered that the Western Wall is “occupied territory,” as well as an exclusively Islamic holy site known as the “al-Buraq Wall.”

Sheikh Raed Salah, the militant head of the Islamic Movement in Israel, urged Arabs to launch a third intifada to "save al-Aqsa."

"They want to build their temple at a time when our blood is on their clothes, on their doorsteps, in their food and in their drinks,” Salah charged at one mass protest.

The incitement led to widespread rioting in east Jerusalem, as masked Muslim youths threw rocks, blocked streets, set fires and clashed with Israeli police in the narrow alleys of the Old City.

Muslim agitation over the Mughrabi project quickly spread to neighboring countries, with one Egyptian lawmaker telling parliament in Cairo, “Nothing will work with Israel except for a nuclear bomb that wipes it out of existence.”

Jerusalem’s ultra-Orthodox mayor Uri Lupoliansky eventually defused tensions by ordering a city council review of the footbridge plan, although the archeological digs are expected to continue.

A Dubious Record on Jerusalem
This is not the first time the Palestinians have laid claim to the ‘al-Buraq Wall’ or alleged a Jewish plot to destroy al-Aqsa. These hoaxes were used to spark lethal riots in 1929, 1990, 1996 and 2000, for instance, and are integral to their ludicrous denial of any Jewish connection to the Temple Mount.

Such claims, however, fly in the face of established history, as well as the Koran itself. Biographers of Muhammad concur that he first set the qibla or Muslim direction of prayer toward Jerusalem upon his retreat to Medina in 622 in order to lure local Jewish tribes to Islam, but changed it to Mecca two years later when it was clear they had rejected his new faith. Thus in Sura 2:145 we read that the Jews “would not follow your qibla; nor are you going to follow their qibla.”

In other words, the founder of Islam acknowledged in its sacred text that Jews were already praying toward Jerusalem, the center of their faith for generations, and he decided to turn his back on their city. Otherwise, there is no record of Muhammad ever visiting Jerusalem, and it only held significance for him because it was significant to Jews.

Thus, for centuries Muslims referred to the Temple Mount as Bayt al-Maqdis and to Jerusalem as al-Quds, both Arabized forms of Beit HaMikdash – the ancient Hebrew name for the Holy Temple.

Nevertheless, elements within Islam were to later ‘exalt’ Jerusalem for geo-political reasons, according to Daniel Pipes and other Mideast scholars. For example, sixty years after Muhammad’s death, the Umayyad caliph Abdel Malik – who ruled the Muslim empire from Damascus – built the Dome of the Rock in 692 over the site of the destroyed Jewish temples as a means to rally support against Muslim rivals ensconced in Mecca.

For the same political ends, the Umayyads were also the first to link Muhammad’s mythical night journey to Jerusalem. The Koranic text on this fabled event (Sura 17:1) is brief: “Glory to He who took His servant by night from the Sacred Mosque to the furthest mosque.”

The “sacred mosque” undoubtedly refers to the Ka’ba in Mecca, while the “furthest mosque” was initially taken as a metaphor for paradise or a place in Arabia, likely Medina. No one linked it to Jerusalem, since there was no mosque there in 621, the year of Muhammad’s dream. Notably, the passage is not among the many Koranic verses inscribed inside the Dome of the Rock – a gross oversight if this is the only mention of Jerusalem in their holy book.

Still, the Umayyads later turned a Byzantine church on the Temple Mount into the al-Aqsa (“furthest”) mosque and the night journey took on new dimensions. By the time Palestinian leaders like Haj Amin al-Husseini, the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, and PLO chief Yasser Arafat were finished, the tale now goes like this:

While his wife Ayesha insisted "he was sleeping soundly by her side," Muhammad flew to Jerusalem on Buraq, a winged horse with a woman’s face and peacock’s tail. On the way, he stopped to pray at Mt. Sinai and Bethlehem, then landed at the al-Aqsa mosque. Mohammed tethered Buraq to the Western Wall and entered the Dome of the Rock to find Abraham, Moses and Jesus praying. Accompanied by the Angel Gabriel, he then climbed a ladder to Heaven, where Allah embraced him. He then returned to the Temple Mount, where his steed Buraq left a footprint on the rock inside the golden dome as they alighted for Mecca.

Now, Muslim travelers to Jerusalem centuries ago reported seeing a small ‘al-Buraq’ mosque just beside al-Aqsa, evidently marking the place of tethering. But Haj Amin al-Husseini appears to be the first to tie the legendary mount to the Western Wall.

At Yom Kippur in 1928, when observant Jews praying at the Kotel put up a cloth screen to separate men and women, the Mufti stirred tensions and laid claim to the “al-Buraq Wall.” The ensuing unrest exploded the following spring into full-blown Arab riots that claimed 133 Jewish lives and drove the ancient Jewish community from Hebron.

In 1990, after a deranged Australian Christian tourist, Michael Denis Rohan, tried to set fire to al-Aqsa, Palestinian leaders incited riots against Israel for allegedly conspiring to destroy the mosque. Afterwards, the Organization of the Islamic Conference was set up specifically to help the Palestinians defend al-Aqsa.

In 1996, Israel harmlessly opened an exit to an ancient Hasmonean tunnel along the base of the Western Wall, a tunnel that visitors had already been trekking for years. Yet even though the door was opened hundreds of meters away from al-Aqsa, Yasser Arafat charged Israel with plotting to destroy the mosque and also staked claim to the Western Wall.

"Let us begin [the revolution] from the holy Buraq wall. It is called the holy Buraq wall, not the Wailing Wall. After the holy Buraq revolution in 1929,” Arafat told Palestinian radio. Sixteen Israeli soldiers and 70 Palestinians died in the ensuing uprising.

Finally in 2000, after tanking the Camp David talks over his refusal to acknowledge any Jewish connection to the Temple Mount, Arafat launched the second intifada on the pretext that Ariel Sharon’s visit there was part of a scheme to harm al-Aqsa.

These Palestinian ‘temple tantrums’ and their campaign to turn the Temple Mount into the central symbol of their nationalist aspirations fits a disturbing pattern. As noted by leading scholars, Muslims have historically exhibited a dubious attachment to Jerusalem. When the city and Temple Mount are in the hands of another faith they give it great ‘sacred’ import. But as soon as it reverts to Muslim hands they turn their backs on the city, just as Muhammad did long ago.
 

Islam is a religion of lies. Flying horses with woman's faces and peacock tails are enough to drive these barbarians into murderous rioting. The rank and file do not want to hear the truth. They expect their leadership to lie to them so that the greater lie of Islam will appear to be glorified. The foolish Jewish liberal politicians are giving into the Islamic lies by stopping the construction on the Mughrabi Bridge. This gives Islam full control over all entrances to the Mount. The Jewish secular politicians really don't care. They see the Mount as nothing more then a thorn in the side. It is not holy to them. They could care less if Islam takes control. The problem is the more that is given away to Islam; the more Islam wants. Already, they are fixing their sights on the most holy site of Jewish traditionalists. The Western Wailing Wall. These politicians again could care less what will be the fate of the Western Wall. 80% of the Jews whom they serve do not believe in God. 80% of their constituency are not going to die over some religious site. The Arab barbarians will die for both the Temple Mount and the Western Wall only because they do not want the Jews to have them. It is Islam that must be glorified not the Jewish Bible.

The Bible says nothing about the Western Wailing Wall. Jewish tradition is the only thing that makes it holy to the Jews. My personal feelings are that there is nothing holy about the Western Wall either for Jew or Moslem. The Moslem claim to a holy wall is based on a lie, and false belief in an Arabian Nights fairytale. Yet, the barbarians are ready to die for the site. The Jews have a worse concept. They of their own volition have placed a wall between themselves, and their God. They would rather beat their heads against a wall calling it holy then submit to the Only Holy God of their fathers. The wall keeps them from storming the Temple Mount, and building the Temple God insists upon. This miraculous Third Exodus has the same purpose as the other two in that it must eventually lead to the building of a Holy Temple. The Wall must go, and a Temple must come! The Jewish politicians will never build the Temple. It is going to be Jewish men of God submitted to the Bible who with the full assistance of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob will accomplish the task.

Revelation 11:3-7

3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.

4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.

5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.

6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

Christian, what testimony must be finished before the antichrist kills these Two Witnesses at the midpoint of the Great Tribulation? Is it not logical that it is the building of the Temple! Is it not true that this Temple must be standing at the midpoint of the Great Tribulation so the antichrist can usurp Christ by sitting on His throne. The Millennial Temple of Ezekiel is the only Temple recorded in the Bible that will have a throne.

Ezekiel 43:7

7 And he said unto me, Son of man, the place of my throne , and the place of the soles of my feet, where I will dwell in the midst of the children of Israel for ever, and my holy name, shall the house of Israel no more defile, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoredom, nor by the carcases of their kings in their high places.

 Is it not logical that this is the Temple the Two Witnesses build? Neither the Jewish politicians, or any gentile power will be able to stand in the way of these Witnesses until they complete their testimony. I think the first act of these Two Witnesses will be to cleanse the Temple Mount of all the filth of the centuries in preparation for the building of a Holy Temple (Ezekiel's Temple). A Temple where blood sacrifice will be offered daily in remembrance of Calvary. Jesus said not one stone would be left upon another that shall not be thrown down when referring to the Second Holy Jewish Temple. The stones of the Western Wall still stand. I believe it will take the Two Witnesses and all the power they receive from God to tear down that wall, and fulfill the words of Christ. Friend, it must all go in preparation for the Second Coming of Christ. He must be the focus of everything in the coming dispensation of the Kingdom Age. Are you in such a position to be able to let go of all religion for this one and only Savior? The Witnesses are introduced to us in the Bible through the measuring of a Holy Jewish Temple yet to be built.  John wrote Revelation in the "90's." The Second Temple was destroyed in 72 AD. Yet here is John measuring another Holy Jewish Temple! I'm convinced the testimony of the Two Witnesses will be to build the Last Holy Jewish Temple in anticipation for the return of Christ. They will confront not only the Jewish politicians, but the entire gentile world with this their testimony!

Embattled DM Peretz Charging Ahead with Outpost Evacuation

(IsraelNN.com) Even as the majority of the country believes Labor Chairman Amir Peretz is unfit to run the defense portfolio, the embattled Minister of Defense is trying to improve his standing within his party and the general populace by charging ahead with several new initiatives.

Within the next several weeks, Peretz plans on removing outposts deemed illegal - small Jewish satellite communities in Judea and Samaria built after 2001 - and traveling to the Pentagon. In a new blow to his standing, Peretz was photographed gazing through capped binoculars, nodding as Ashkenazi explained what the two were "looking at." The Israeli daily Hebrew newspaper Yediot Acharonot reports that Peretz "plans to go all the way on the issue of illegal outposts, and in full force," according to the Minister's aides. "He has been saying that illegal outposts must be evacuated for a long time, but now is the time to implement it. We cannot continue stalling. He is ready to do this even at the cost of a conflict with the prime minister."

Furthermore, negotiations with the leaders of the communities slated for expulsion have led nowhere, leading the defense minister to the conclusion, according to his associates, that "there will be no choice no comma but to evacuate outposts without an agreement and without understandings."

Peretz's initiative is one of several the staggering Defense Minister is taking to improve his image following the Lebanon War, seen by much of the public as a failure. Peretz as well as Prime Minister Ehud Olmert have fallen tremendously in popularity polls since the war ended.

Several internal military investigations charged Israel with failing to clearly set and achieve objectives during the war, including the total disarmament of Hizbullah along the southern Lebanese border, and the return of captive soldiers Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev.

Analysts are now waiting for the government-appointed Winograd Commission of Inquiry to present its preliminary findings into the 2006 Lebanon War failures. Many expect much of the blame to fall on Peretz's shoulders, and believe Peretz will be fired from his post, or will be forced to resign the Defense Ministry.

The BBC reports that according to the photographer, Peretz looked through the closed binoculars on multiple occasions, nodding as Ashkenazi explained what the two were "looking at."

Advisors to the Defense Minister are now trying to plan a trip to the U.S. Pentagon to help shore up Peretz's image as a competent defense leader. Prior to his appointment to the country's top security post, Peretz had little experience as an army officer, and served for many years at the head of the country's Histadrut Labor Union.

The only thing worse then a fool is an incompetent fool. That seems to be the category into which this former Union boss has fallen. Amir Peretz is a life long secular liberal Jewish politician. He is in the forefront of expelling all the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers from all of Judah and Samaria. He knows that the settlers are looked upon with disdain by most Israeli's because they are looked upon as being the thorn in the side to the implementation of the Road Map. Most Jews also look upon the skyrocketing housing prices as the fault of these settlers who are mostly recent immigrants. Peretz knows it is popular to move against these mostly conservative Jews in the eyes of a liberal majority now controlling Israeli politics. The settlers have been maligned through the Israeli press as hillbillies who live a backwoods lifestyle brought with them from their former places of origin. There are a lot of Russian Jews who long ago had lost their heritage memories due to communistic atheistic persecution. They are not open to the pharisaic legalism into which Judaism has devolved. They see the nonsense of it all, and so make easy targets for the hypocrites who hold on to traditional Judaism where 80% don't even believe in God. They make an easy target for a disgraced incompetent liberal Jewish Politician trying to redeem himself from his failures in the recent war in Lebanon.

The only thing that is going to save the hypocritical nonsense of modern Judaism is going to be a movement back to the Bible. A movement back to the roots of what God intended Judaism to become! A movement back to the original writings of Moses as he revealed the statutes and ordinances of a Holy God. A true acceptance of the Torah which includes the book of Leviticus. The ignorant traditional Jews of today reject Leviticus. The phrase "next year Jerusalem" has lost it's meaning to this generation of traditional Jews. This June it will be 40 years that the Temple Mount was in their possession. They have had 40 years now to put Leviticus into practice, but this generation of 80% not even believing in God have refused to reinstate blood sacrifice as Leviticus demands. The Jews of this generation refuse to deal with sin, and the only Biblical solution in solving the sin problem. They not only do not believe in God, but they also reject His word. They invented their own traditional Judaism that bypasses the blood.

Leviticus 4:5-7

5 And the priest that is anointed shall take of the bullock's blood , and bring it to the tabernacle of the congregation:

6 And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood , and sprinkle of the blood seven times before the LORD, before the vail of the sanctuary.

7 And the priest shall put some of the blood upon the horns of the altar of sweet incense before the LORD, which is in the tabernacle of the congregation: and shall pour all the blood of the bullock at the bottom of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

40 years is just too long for this hypocrisy to continue. The Jews must reject the blasphemous tradition of the ages that they can take care of the sin problem without the blood. Moses taught them true. It is Moses, and the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob that the modern Jews reject by not reinstituting blood sacrifice when God provided the Temple Mount for their use in 1967. The Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers are far more apt to follow a back to the Bible move then the 80% of Jews who do not even believe in God. It is the Independent Fundamental Jewish Settlers who desire to occupy the Holy Land not just a few big cities. These are the Jews being targeted by the present Defense Minister Peretz to save his tarnished reputation. It is Peretz and his liberal cohorts who want to give Judah and Samaria to the Islamic barbarians. It is Peretz who is willing to give the barbarians Jerusalem as their capital. It is Peretz who will include the Temple Mount as part of the Jerusalem give away.

Friend, are you also willing to give away the blood? Have you convinced yourself that you have no need of a Savior to save you from your sin? It is only a fool who does not need God. God is clear from the very beginning that blood must be shed before forgiveness of sin can be granted. Friend, come to Christ for the cleansing you must have if you are going to be victorious in life. God has rejected all other ways, but the blood as acceptable to Him. Friend, come to Christ!

Russia Moves in Support of Syria, Iran, Hamas-Led PA

(IsraelNN.com) Russia's announcement Tuesday that it would work to promote international support for the Hamas-led Palestinian Authority, its intention to supply missiles to Syria and its opposition to sanctions against Iran present a worrying trend for Israel.

 

Russian officials said that the agreement reached between the leaders of Hamas and PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas to incorporate the latter's Fatah terrorist organization in the PA governing coalition is sufficient cause to end the international boycott of the PA.  The Western nations imposed the financial boycott of the PA in January of last year, when the Islamic fundamentalist Hamas organization swept the majority of the seats in the PA parliament in a landslide election victory.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the agreement reached in Mecca earlier this month between Fatah and Hamas shows "wisdom, reason and responsibility before the Palestinian people." He made the statement prior to meeting with Damascus-based Hamas politburo chief Khaled Mashaal.  The agreement has not yet been implemented.

"We are pushing for all members of the international community to support this process and make it irreversible, including efforts to lift the blockade," Lavrov added.

 

Speaking to Russian reporters on Tuesday, Mashaal reiterated the Hamas position that it does not recognize the State of Israel, saying, "First of all, Israel should stop the occupation of Palestine territories and put an end to the suffering of Palestinians." The Hamas charter, as well as all of its official statements and documents, defines all of Israel, in both its pre- and post-1967 borders, as "occupied Palestine."

 

The Russian move towards funding the Hamas regime found an echo in a report issued by the United Nations Human Rights Council, which suggested that that the Western-led economic boycott of the PA must be lifted in order to fight poverty in the Gaza area.

 

Backing Syria and Iran, Too

The Hamas-controlled Palestinian Authority is not the only entity hostile to Jews and Israel behind which Russia has been throwing its support.

 

According to information received by Israel, Russia is set to conclude a deal, worth several hundred million dollars, to transfer thousands of advanced anti-tank missiles to Syria. Such missiles were used by Hizbullah during Israel's war in Lebanon this past summer and caused a large proportion of Israeli troop casualties during the 34 days of military confrontation.Syria's ally, Iran, is also a beneficiary of Russian support. The ongoing assistance Russia provides for construction and operation of the Bushehr nuclear plant in southern Iran is soon to take a dangerous turn, with the start of nuclear fuel deliveries in March 2007.

 

Russia has continued to oppose increasing UN Security Council sanctions against Iran. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has continued to insist that the Security Council confine its attempts to limit, not end, Iran’s nuclear development activities.

 

In protest over Russia's assistance to Iran, the Magshimey Herut (Freedom Makers) organization will be holding a protest on Thursday afternoon in Jerusalem's Paris Square. The group is demanding that the Israeli government cut off diplomatic and economic ties with Russia.

 

"Israel must take a moral stand and send a clear message to the global community that we will not pursue diplomacy or commerce with nations working towards our annihilation," a statement from the group said.

 

"The Jewish People must find the moral courage to stand up to super-powers in such situations," Eli Yosef of Magshimei Herut told IsraelNationalRadio's Yishai Fleisher.  Click here to hear their talk.
 

Magshimey Herut is a new youth movement operating in coordination with the World Zionist Organization, the Jewish National Fund. It is not a part of the right-wing Herut party, but the party has expressed its support of the youth movement's Zionist goals and aims.

 

 

It should be no surprise to any who read the Bible that Russia should be moving in the direction of helping the Islamic barbarians who hate the Jews even more then did the Nazis. Like some terrible crocodile, the LORD will bate them in with the thought of exterminating all the Jews of Israel. The Jews will not be prepared when the invasion comes. The Bible says they will not be on guard. They will not be prepared even though God has been clear that this invasion is going to take place. The Jews will be dwelling under the foolish impression that the Western gentile nations will protect them. They will be at rest. They will be dwelling in unwalled cities. The victory will be the LORD's. There will be no help from the nations for the Jews. The Islamic invasion of Israel recorded in Ezekiel 38 & 39 will not only reveal to the heathen the mighty power of the God of the Bible, but it will also impress the Jews. The Bible tells us the heathen will only harden their hearts as God forces His will on planet earth, and forces His future plans for the Holy Land. The Bible also says the Jews will also respond to the God of the Bible, but in their case they will begin to be redeemed.
