William died 1 Nov 1935 in Santa Monica, California, at 63 years of age. His body was interred in Rosedale, Montclair, New Jersey.

He married Laura C. Ritter 23 Nov 1898. Laura was born in Huntington, New York 21 Sep 1870. Laura died 6 Sep 1951 in Bronxville, New York, at 80 years of age. Her body was interred in Rosedale.
