He married three times. He married Elmina Burr in Of, Stamford, Connecticut. Elmina was born in Of, Stamford, Connecticut Abt 1812. Elmina died 2 Oct 1831. He married Louisa Taylor. Louisa was born 4 Mar 1808. Louisa died 1 Mar 1839 at 30 years of age. He married Julia Barnum Warner. Julia was born 1816. Julia died Apr 1893 in Brooklyn, New York.

Ephraim Chauncey Warren and Louisa Taylor had the following children:

594 vi. John Davenport Warren was born 1 Sep 1852. He married Anna Bach. Anna was born Aft 1852.

595 vii. Anna Ruana Warren was born 19 Jul 1854. Anna died 14 Oct 1858 at 4 years of age.
